Uses analytical and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes. Responsible for analyzing performance, identifying gaps, and driving data-backed recommendations to improve overall supply chain efficiency and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support across one or more supply chain functions (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing).
- Utilize standard processes, tools, and systems to enable scalable and repeatable supply chain analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and interpret Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop actionable insights and support execution of improvement plans.
- Participate in Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage business systems and analytics platforms to generate insights and reporting.
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting using structured data analysis techniques.
- Support inventory optimization strategies and planning parameter improvements.
- Work with materials planning systems to manage supply-demand balance and resolve exception messages.
- Apply Plan for Every Part (PFEP) principles to optimize material flow and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive supply chain performance improvements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex datasets.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (SQL, Python, Databricks preferred).
- Knowledge of data structures, data quality, and data governance practices.
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, dashboards, reporting tools).
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of supply chain systems and planning tools.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to different stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- MBA and/or certification in Data Analytics is an added advantage.
- May require compliance with export control or regulatory requirements.
Experience in at least in one of the areas of the Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Sourcing)
Tech savvy with learning mindset for new Technolgies.
Experience in one of Digital tech (SQL, Data Bricks, Python), Knowledge of data structures and Data quality
Overall experience of 5-8 years
MBA + Data analytics Certification will be added advantage
Work Time - 12PM to 9PM IST
Hybrid Role, 3 days in office, 2 days from Home
