About the Opportunity

Location: Gurgaon

About The Function

MyBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip provides a customizable, realtime self-booking system which seamlessly integrates into a company's structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings and the power of choice. Over last 5 years, they have onboarded 50000+ prominent corporates which are availing the benefits of our seamless platform, along with significant savings.

About The Role

This role will drive end-to-end growth and experience for International Flights on myBiz. The incumbent will own growth levers, and key corporate metrics across assigned segments and corridors. This is a techno-functional role requiring strong analytical thinking and cross functional collaboration. The incumbent will act as a central POC for growth initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders across teams.

What will you be doing

  • Own and drive growth levers for International Flights (myBiz segment), ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and growth targets.
  • Track and improve key metrics such as Bookings, GMV, Contribution, Conversion, and corporate Savings.
  • Drive adoption and penetration within corporate accounts, identifying gaps in usage and reducing offline leakage.
  • Optimize pricing and fare competitiveness, including Cheapest Logical Fare (CLF), corporate ares, and advance booking strategies.
  • Work with Product & Tech teams to improve booking funnel, policy nudges, approval flows, and overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with airline and supply teams to strengthen corporate fare programs, route coverage, and preferred partnerships.
  • Design and execute growth experiments and strategic initiatives (offers, bundles, upsell, UX improvements) and track ROI.
  • Work closely with Sales / Key Account teams to solve for client-specific challenges and improve adoption.

Qualification & Experience

  • MBA from a reputed institute.
  • 7-10 years of experience in growth roles in e-commerce, OTA, SaaS, or consumer tech.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of SQL / Python preferred
  • Experience in pricing, funnel optimization, or analytics-driven roles
  • Prior exposure to corporate travel / B2B platforms is a plus.
