About the Role:
We are seeking a performance-driven Operations & Supply Chain Manager who thrives on building scalable processes and delivering results. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with D2C operations, Unicommerce, and key operational KPIs like SLA, OTIF, RTO, TAT, DI, and DOS. This role is central to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, reduced returns, and efficient supply chain execution across marketplaces and our own website.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all orders (D2C & Marketplace) are processed, packed, and dispatched within defined SLA & TAT, minimizing delivery delays and customer escalations.
Track dispatch and delivery performance to meet OTIF goals for both individual orders and bulk shipments, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Analyze reasons for Return to Origin (RTO) and implement preventive actionsimprove address accuracy, COD screening, and delivery follow-ups.
Use Unicommerce to manage order processing, returns, inventory sync, price control, and reconciliation across Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
Maintain healthy Distribution Index (DI) and monitor Days of Stock (DOS) to ensure accurate forecasting and replenishment planning.
Design and implement standard operating procedures to streamline warehouse, dispatch, and return workflows across locations.
Track stock accuracy, avoid stockouts or overstocking, and coordinate with 3PL and internal warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Manage courier partners and vendors to ensure cost-effective and reliable delivery; negotiate SLAs and evaluate partner performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for operational KPIs, including order volume, RTO%, average TAT, inventory health, etc.
