Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic professional to drive international supply and contracting across short-haul and long-haul destinations. This role involves on-ground vendor contracting, strategic partnerships, and end-to-end supply management, with scope to operate at both execution and leadership levels depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply acquisition and contracting for international destinations
- Conduct in-person contracting with hotels, DMCs, transport vendors, and activity providers
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, margins, and inventory agreements
- Build and maintain strong global vendor relationships and partnerships
- Identify and onboard new suppliers across key international markets
- Ensure competitive pricing, service quality, and scalability of supply
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and operations teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor benchmarking, and destination insights
- Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives
Additional Responsibilities (For Senior Candidates)
- Define and execute global supply strategy
- Lead high-value negotiations and strategic alliances
- Manage and mentor the supply/contracting team
- Expand into new destinations and markets
- Build a scalable and high-performing supplier ecosystem
Requirements
- 5–9+ years of experience in international supply / contracting
- Strong exposure to on-ground/in-person contracting (mandatory)
- Background in travel industry (OTA / DMC / Tour Operations)
- Proven experience in vendor negotiations and stakeholder management
- Strong understanding of international destinations (short-haul & long-haul)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Willingness to travel internationally for contracting and partnerships
Preferred Skills
- Strong vendor network across global destinations
- Experience in group travel / customized itineraries
- Leadership or team handling experience (for senior profiles)
