The role
You'll be responsible for sourcing and managing supplier relationships hotels, DMCs, ground operators, and vendors alongside owning pricing across our package portfolio. Core responsibilities include negotiating contracts and rates, onboarding new partners, auditing package pricing across destinations, and researching new supply opportunities as we grow.
Role summary
* Source and manage relationships with hotels, DMCs, ground operators, and vendors across our destination portfolio
* Negotiate contracts and rates with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms
* Own and audit pricing across multiple packages and destinations, ensuring margins are protected
* Research new supply opportunities and stay on top of trends in the luxury travel space
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure supplier commitments translate into seamless guest experiences
What we're looking for
* 12 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a commercial operations role
* Comfortable using AI tools for research, supplier discovery, and market analysis
* Strong with numbers able to read, question, and audit pricing across multiple packages
* Confident negotiator who can hold their own in commercial conversations
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple suppliers and deadlines simultaneously
* Good written communication skills a lot of supplier interaction happens over email
* Passion for luxury travel and a genuine interest in the product
* comfortable working in multiple time zones
