The role emphasizes on identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality within STA processes. This includes initiating and guiding improvement projects, and ensuring that lessons learned are systematically applied. The position also develops and cascades global processes and procedural updates, ensuring that changes are communicated clearly and adopted seamlessly across Purchasing, STA, Product Development, and supplier personnel.

The role defines detailed process requirements for STA-related IT projects, collaborating with technical teams to ensure that system changes are properly tested and integrated without disruption before implementation.

Overall, this position acts as a bridge between global process governance and local execution, ensuring that STA practices remain compliant, efficient, and continuously evolving. It requires strong leadership, analytical capability, and cross-functional collaboration to drive supplier excellence and support organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the enhancement and implementation of the Capacity Analysis Report (eCAR) to improve operational efficiency.

Coordinate with the IT team on solution development, testing, and successful project deployment.

Drive new feature enhancements and ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders for smooth integration.

Troubleshoot and analyze large datasets, working closely with IT to refactor processes and optimize performance.

Train internal & external suppliers on the new development.

Qualifications

BE Graduate, 3 to 7 years experience. Knowledge of Quality Tools–Q1, Advance Product Quality Planning, PPAP, Global Product Development System (GPDS), Prevent Recurrence

  • Project management
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently to communicate with a global team effectively
  • Supplier Site Development and Program experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks; both administrative and analytical
  • Effective presenter and ability to develop executive presentation materials
  • Knowledge of managing SharePoint and programming in Excel / Access is a plus
  • Ability to train and effectively communicate
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and concerns
  • SharePoint Administration Knowledge
