Supplier Quality Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager

your mission As a Supplier Quality professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our supplier base supporting compressor package systems. You will drive supplier excellence by improving quality, strengthening processes, and ensuring full compliance with Atlas Copco standards and applicable codes.

You will

• Take ownership of supplier quality for compressor package commodities including fabricated base frames, piping, coolers, air receivers, hoses, motors, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Ensure suppliers comply with Atlas Copco sourcing processes, quality standards, and technical specifications.
• Conduct supplier audits (process, product, and system) and drive effective closure of identified gaps.
  
• Drive Supplier PPM reduction initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
• Monitor and review supplier performance KPIs and initiate corrective actions.
• Lead supplier development activities to enhance manufacturing capability and process robustness.
• Support supplier qualification for new product development (NPD) and resourcing projects.
• Participate in IMS audits (ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001).
• Inspection & Compliance.

• 10-12 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Fabrication Quality within industrial equipment or heavy engineering sectors.
• 10 + years of experience in IMS auditing, candidate must be certified IMS internal / lead auditor.
• Good understanding of Six Sigma / Lean methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
