Job Description
- Supplier Evaluation:
- Assess potential suppliers based on their ability to meet product quality and delivery requirements.
- Conduct on-site audits to evaluate supplier facilities, processes, and quality systems.
- Quality Assurance:
- Develop and implement supplier quality assurance protocols.
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance metrics, including defect rates and on-time delivery.
- Collaboration and Improvement:
- Work closely with suppliers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to suppliers to help them meet quality standards.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of supplier evaluations, audit findings, and corrective actions.
- Prepare reports on supplier performance and quality trends for management review.
- Compliance:
- Ensure suppliers comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
