Supplier Quality Engineer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supplier Quality Engineer based in Coimbatore. The Supplier Quality Engineer will be responsible for evaluating supplier capabilities, managing supplier quality processes, implementing quality control protocols, and ensuring compliance with quality management standards. The role involves collaborating closely with suppliers and internal teams to drive improvements, resolve quality issues, and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Additionally, the candidate will develop strategies to enhance supplier performance and maintain high-quality standards in production.

• Strong expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Quality Management
• Proficiency in Quality Management and Quality Control methodologies
• Experience in Supplier Quality and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing and supplier operations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to quality improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in industries such as Medical Devices, Automotive, Aerospace, or similar fields is a plus
