Supplier Quality Enginner
Responsibilities
- Is responsible of the quality convergence for all the components on his scope.
- Manage the supplier for component conformity convergence (Product and process convergence) in order to reach the quality target for each milestone.
- Manage weekly the suppliers on APQP/PPAP filling, LUDF defect solving, Measure report and conformity KPI, Parts delivery.
- Pilot the application of measurement and control process and qualify the defect highlighted by assembly team and project quality team
- Pilot defect regression by suppliers and define for its perimeter the forecast of defect regression curve
- Realize geometrical and conformity audit in supplier plant
- Confirm with assembly team leader and suppliers the assembly process for each part
- validate the quality level deviations submitted by suppliers
- Manage the transformation of PCP project to PCP series
- Ensure the handover with serial life teams by preparing all needed documents
- Anticipate any deviation of schedule or results, alert in case of risk (performance, homologation, schedule) which can endanger the project plan,
- Realize the daily report of the status to SQE, alert in case of blocking point out of perimeter, ask for support for problem solving
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering

- English C2
- PLM, excel
- APQP / PPAP
- Geometry of parts, measurement of gap and flush.
- High Ability to pilot suppliers, Charisma, leadership
- Tenacity and clear requests to suppliers
- Transversal animation of people
- Very rigorous,
- Very good oral and written communication
- Synthesis skills

Commodity wise experience - Body Exterior, Body Interior, Chassis, Electrical and Electronics and Powertrain.

Experience:
5 to 12 years experience in Supplier quality for automobile industry
