Responsible for regular quality and new development activities for engine and transmission parts, including casting, machining, plastic, and engine sensors related parts.
Lead new project and alternate source development activities with suppliers.
Drive APQP procedures for new development parts.
Conduct PPAP audits for new development and new source parts.
Collaborate with Engineering team and suppliers on new development, process improvement, and value enhancement.
Participate in QRQC projects to resolve quality issues.
Conduct Supplier Evaluation Model audits for new suppliers.
Perform Control plan and Error-proofing audits for critical engine and transmission parts.
Lead Mass Production (MPA) audits for high-risk suppliers.
Conduct reverse FMEA audits for critical parts and suppliers.
Assess capacity for new projects and regular parts.
Implement Error-proofing at supplier end for occurrence and detection causes.
Conduct reverse position audits.
Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, and FMEA.
Experience in conducting audits and working with suppliers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
