As a Supplier Quality Associate, you will support supplier lifecycle and qualification activities, ensuring compliance with global quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate supplier data, support qualification processes, and contribute to supply chain quality and continuity.

What You Will Do
- Support supplier lifecycle activities including onboarding, changes, and deactivation of suppliers in line with global processes.
- Execute supplier qualification tasks and maintain accurate records in systems such as SAP, TrackWise, and DMS.
- Review and update supplier-related documentation, ensuring compliance with cGMP/cGDP and internal quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global sites to ensure timely completion of supplier qualification activities.
- Monitor supplier data and support KPI tracking to ensure process efficiency and compliance.
- Identify data discrepancies or process gaps and escalate to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure traceability within the Quality Management System (QMS).
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality, or Supply Chain within a regulated environment.
- Basic understanding of cGMP/cGDP requirements and supplier qualification processes.
- Experience with systems such as SAP, TrackWise, or Document Management Systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination skills in a global environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured, process-driven environment.
