Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supplier Quality Assistant Manager located in Sriperumbudur. The responsibilities include evaluating supplier processes and performance, implementing and managing supplier quality systems, and leading periodic supplier audits to ensure adherence to quality standards. Key tasks also involve collaborating with suppliers to resolve quality-related issues, ensuring compliance with company standards, and optimizing overall quality management processes across supplier operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Supplier Evaluation and Supplier Audits
  • Strong skills in Supplier Quality Management and Quality Management practices
  • Proficiency in Quality Auditing and the ability to identify areas for process improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork capabilities to collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with global quality standards and experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
