Tittle : Supplier Performance Manager

Reporting : Supplier Performance Manager- Lead

Location - Bangalore

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage Supplier Performance in line with the group objectives
  • Convince suppliers and drive the activities in line with BL expectation.
  • Perform Milestone reviews related to NPI & Industrial transfer process
  • Knowledge on EMS PCBA and Integration products according to :
  • IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies
  • IPC-A-600, Acceptability of Printed Boards
  • IPC-WHM-A-620, Wire harness and routing
  • Drive and co-ordinate to resolve the issues identified in timely manner
  • Implement corrective action plans at Supplier and measure their effectiveness with QC tools
  • Document and analyze the results systematically and share the inputs with internal stakeholders
  • Participate and able to co-ordinate continuous improvement projects at Supplier

Qualification and Skill-Set


  • Engineering/Diploma in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics. Having an experience of 10+ years in Manufacturing Filed
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred
  • Good communication skill, with project management experience on end-to-end product life cycle
  • Should possess working knowledge on the IPC standards. Formal Certification will be added advantage and preferred
  • Experience in AS9100 Quality Management System environment
  • Conversant with SPC tools, Control Limits and in-line Electronic Manufacturing process controls
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project.
  • Hands-on experience on EMS manufacturing process and final verification of PCBA and integrated products (SMD process / Soldering / Wire routing / Conformal Coating / PCBA integration), will be an added advantage
