Role Description This full-time Supervisor role at Tiger Work Force is an on-site position based in Balangir or Sonepur. The Supervisor will oversee day-to-day workforce operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring that staffing levels meet project requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, maintaining attendance records, and supporting the onboarding and training of new team members. The Supervisor will help enforce safety and compliance standards, address operational issues, and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams. The role also involves reporting on productivity, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment.

• Demonstrated experience in supervising teams, coordinating shifts, and managing day-to-day workforce activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, deadlines, and changing priorities.

• Ability to enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards and support a culture of accountability.
• Problem-solving skills with the capacity to address operational issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Basic proficiency in record keeping and reporting using standard tools or software.
• Prior experience in manpower supply, staffing, construction, or related operational environments is beneficial.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or management training is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Balangir or sonepur and adapt to varied working conditions and project requirements.
