Job Description
The Supervisor Railway Operation and Safety will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient operation of railway services in UBL, SBC, and MYS. This role involves managing daily operations, conducting safety inspections, and training staff on best practices.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily railway operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of railway equipment and infrastructure.
- Implement safety protocols and guidelines in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor staff on operational procedures and safety practices.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize railway schedules and operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in railway operations or safety management.
- Strong knowledge of railway safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
