Supervisor Project Manager Services

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling projects for data center environments in Mumbai. The role involves managing project delivery, technical documentation, vendor coordination, and customer engagement while ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling solutions for data center projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site teams for seamless delivery.
• Manage vendor selection, onboarding, performance tracking, and commercial discussions.
• Act as the primary interface with customers for reviews, updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely preparation and control of project documentation (BOQ, drawings, MOMs, reports, handover documents).
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards.
• Drive project review meetings and provide periodic status reports to leadership.
• Support site activities including installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Thermal Engineering or related field.
• 10-20 years of experience in project management within data centers, HVAC, thermal, or liquid cooling domains.
• Strong understanding of data center cooling technologies (liquid cooling experience preferred).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale or mission-critical projects.
• Strong stakeholder, customer, and vendor management experience.
• Proficiency in project management and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
