Job Description

Responsibilities

Injection Molding Machine Operation
Process Monitoring and control
Process Validation, Konwledge about Polymer Injection molding
Trouble shooting
Daily work Management, Machine Utilisation
Machine Tool Setup and Tool Maintenance
Knowledge about quality systems ISO/IATF
System requirements MS Office, ERP SAP
Monitor production quality and ensure standards are met.
Collaborate with team to ensure efficiency.
Identify and report any issues that may arise during production.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Track and report on production metrics.
Train new Joinees on company procedures and safety measures

Requirements

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role with Injection Molding
Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.
Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
Understanding of production metrics and reporting.
