Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Injection Molding Machine Operation
  • Process Monitoring and control
  • Process Validation, Konwledge about Polymer Injection molding
  • Trouble shooting
  • Daily work Management, Machine Utilisation
  • Machine Tool Setup and Tool Maintenance
  • Knowledge about quality systems ISO/IATF
  • System requirements MS Office, ERP SAP
  • Monitor production quality and ensure standards are met.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure efficiency.
  • Identify and report any issues that may arise during production.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Track and report on production metrics.
  • Train new Joinees on company procedures and safety measures

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role with Injection Molding
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and standards.
  • Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • Understanding of production metrics and reporting.
