- 5–7 years in Production Planning & Scheduling
- Background in FMCG / Food / Pharma / Nutraceuticals
- Strong analytical mindset & problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Hands-on with SAP / Oracle / ERP systems
What You'll Do
- Own production scheduling & dispatch planning
- Maximize line efficiency & minimize downtime
- Drive inventory optimization & reduce stock-outs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SC, sourcing & operations
- Ensure seamless material flow & supply visibility
