In this role, you will play a central part in shaping innovative healthcare data solutions, leading a talented team in the design, development, and deployment of advanced platforms. Accountabilities
- Provide direct technical supervision to assigned staff and teams, including recruitment, goal-setting, mentoring, agile assignments, and performance reviews
- Lead the design, coding, and delivery of healthcare information system (HIS) products and customer-focused solutions
- Implement enterprise-scale applications, data, and reporting solutions using modern platforms and cloud-native technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced data-driven solutions for customers across India and worldwide
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and maintain high-quality standards throughout all development phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of combined supervisor, team leadership, or solution architect experience
- At least 7 years of experience in business intelligence, software application, and/or database development
- Strong background in AWS services (e.g., QuickSight, Glue, Athena) and BI platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Experience leading development teams across design, implementation, and delivery phases
- Proven ability to manage on-site, hybrid, and remote teams
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to present technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of web service and web application development (REST, JavaScript/Angular) is desirable
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
