Position Summary
As a Team Leader, the successful candidate will provide guidance, instruction, direction and leadership to an Operational team working on the front-line of Chemical Compliance customer order management. Key responsibilities include directing the team activities, managing the metrics to support team performance, work instruction preparation, training and supporting teams to achieve the order releases in a timely manner.
This role will oversee the Operational daily activities of releasing orders containing regulated chemicals, across multiple sites, regulations and jurisdictions.
Ideal applicants will combine a track record of team management with a strong understanding of global chemical control frameworks (e.g., REACH, TSCA) and familiarity with biocides, microplastics, and major international conventions. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience working with regulatory authorities, who enjoys solving complex challenges.
