Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor - Pressure Die Casting located in Coimbatore. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the pressure die casting production process, maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and managing workflow efficiency. The role includes coordinating with team members, providing guidance, addressing any production issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills for effectively managing and motivating staff
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster collaboration and client satisfaction
• Knowledge of Pressure Die Casting or relevant manufacturing processes, with experience in production management
• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making under time constraints
• Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry standards
• A technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is highly preferred
