Job Overview
The Operations Team Lead/Supervisor will oversee day-to-day warehouse, order processing, and fulfillment functions. The role ensures smooth coordination across picking, packing, quality checks, and dispatch while maintaining high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily order processing, packing, and dispatch activities.
Allocate tasks, manage shift schedules, and monitor team productivity.
Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, quality guidelines, and safety standards.
Identify and resolve operational issues; escalate when necessary.
Track inventory movement, coordinate with supply chain teams, and ensure stock accuracy.
Monitor TAT (Turn-Around Time) and ensure SLA compliance.
Train, guide, and support team members on operational workflows and systems.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
Required Skills & Experience
Functional / Technical Skills
Working knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, or e-commerce platforms.
Behavioral Competencies
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent attention to detail with a process-focused mindset.
Proven leadership and team-handling abilities.
Mandatory Experience
24 years of experience in e-commerce or warehousing logistics operations.
