Koch Capabilities is seeking a dynamic and experienced
Supervisor – T&E Audit & Investigations. This role is pivotal in ensuring policy compliance, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing employee experience through effective expense management. As a trusted partner to stakeholders and leadership, the Supervisor will coach and empower team members, foster a culture of continuous learning, and support succession planning within the function.

What You Will Do
- Set a clear direction for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and long-term value creation
- Mentor team members to apply travel and expense policies with integrity, consistency, and sound judgment
- Promote continuous learning and use data to guide decision-making, identify trends, assess risks, and prioritize improvements
- Align responsibilities with individual strengths to maximize contribution and performance
- Foster ownership and engagement, encouraging initiative and purpose-driven work
- Create an environment for personal and professional growth, supporting career development
- Guide the team in applying analytical thinking and maintaining high attention to detail in audit and investigation activities
- Support succession planning by identifying and developing future leaders

- Ensure governance and reporting standards are upheld
- Drive innovation and process improvement, including automation opportunities
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration and trust across functions
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounts or a related field
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with proven success in coaching and leading teams
- Experience managing Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, including policy interpretation and compliance oversight
- Experience applying data and performance measures to guide decisions and improve outcomes
- Exposure to cross-functional and global environments
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience managing corporate card programs, including reconciliation and vendor coordination
- Background in overseeing T&E investigative activities with stakeholder impact
- Familiarity with post-audit AI tools and automation
- Practical knowledge of Concur systems for travel and expense management
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing teams
