Supervisor

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing workshop operations, managing technicians, and ensuring smooth execution of maintenance and repair activities. The role includes monitoring work quality, safety compliance, and supporting team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily workshop operations and maintenance activities.
• Monitor and guide technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Maintain workshop records and documentation of repair and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with management for resource planning and workflow optimization.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering, or ITI certification.
• 35 years of experience as a workshop technician or in a similar supervisory role.
• Valid 4-wheeler driving license.
