Who You Are

  • Provide support to Associate Manager/Manager for the strategic growth of the Planning team.
  • Drive strategic inventory planning and material handling optimization, enabling lean operations, accurate forecasting, and cost-efficient distribution
  • Possesses strong expertise in production, demand, and supply network planning, enabling effective management of supply chain operations.
  • Generate Metrics reports to assess and monitor the team's performance effectively.
  • Well versed in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and Logility.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage the Planning team, overseeing both people and processes in accordance with directives from US/Europe and GES management.
  • Prepare and present reports on Key performance metrics to higher management.
  • Ensure the maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Purchasing.
  • Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback from respective stakeholders.
  • Provide support for Global ISCO projects at the country, regional, or global level.
  • Effectively manage escalations and implement timely and appropriate resolutions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning and master data management.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of 8-10 employees, providing effective leadership and fostering a positive work environment
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset & Stakeholder Management
  • Planning or purchasing experience in a similar regulated industry.
  • Ability to work in self-directed environment and to research problems using ERP systems Proactive problem-solving skills to address issues in the procurement process
  • Customer focus and Quality: Be Customer focused and deliver results with quality.
  • Lead and complete at least two strategic procurement projects annually, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
