We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to lead our workshop team and drive operational excellence at our Naroda, Ahmedabad location. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of mechanics and workshop staff to ensure high productivity and quality workmanship.
Manage the daily operations of the automotive service center, coordinating workflow and resource allocation.
Monitor and drive team performance to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identify and resolve operational issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages team growth and development.
Ensure all service and repair work adheres to company standards and customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher.
A minimum of four years of experience managing an automotive service center as a supervisor or manager.
Proven experience in effective staff supervision of mechanics and workshop personnel.
Demonstrated track record of successful KPI management within the automotive industry.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
