Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Supervision & Leadership

Supervise daily activities and ensure team members are effectively fulfilling their duties
Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members as needed
Ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion

Performance Monitoring

Monitor individual and team performance and address any performance gaps
Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and safety procedures
Submit daily/weekly reports on team productivity and progress

Communication & Coordination

Serve as the point of contact between team members and senior management
Ensure clear communication of tasks, responsibilities, and expectations
Resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise within the team

Workplace Conduct & Grooming

Maintain a professional, positive attitude and promote the same among team members
Ensure team members are well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined
Foster a collaborative, respectful, and accountable work environment
