The purpose of the HR Systems Supervisor is to supervise daily tasks related to analysis, execution, and support of the HR organization and Lowes associates. Create and maintain a strong working relationship between the HR Systems team and HR Operations. Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. Provides task direction, monitors performance, handles escalations, and assists with task performance. Support the development and delivery of HR processes training. Supports the manager with organizing tasks and reviewing the work of Sr Specialists and Analysts. As a supervisor, this position is responsible for development of staff and partners with other leaders to enhance performance and to improve employee skills.
We are looking for someone to lead a team of 5-7 Senior Specialist/Analyst who has hands on expertise in issue resolution, ticket management, trouble shooting, finding RCA and able lead and partner with our On-Shore HR systems team. The ideal incumbent will ensure timely case resolution, improving associate experience and efficiently manage incidents that require escalation to higher level support, significantly improving the operational effectiveness, productivity and efficiency.

This role is also knowledgeable in general HR practices, system policies and procedures, and customer service acumen.
Activities include leading a team of Snr Specialist and Analyst within the HR System team with hands on expertise on Workday core modules and case management skills on Service now. The ideal incumbent should have a strong understanding of US Hire to Retire process, create and maintain a strong working relationship with onshore team, support all organizational direction and culture.
In addition, this role will play a role in supporting Release upgrade testing, other project /enhancement related testing and working with larger HRIS team.
