Your Job

As an HR Operations Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of exceptional HR services across the entire employee lifecycle for approximately 8,000 employees in the APAC region. This role requires you to inspire and mentor your team, drive operational excellence, and partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of HR operations from hire to retire.

Our Team

You will be part of the HR Operations division that supports a dynamic and diverse workforce across multiple APAC countries. Our team is focused on operational rigor, compliance, and continuous improvement, working collaboratively with Payroll, Business HR, Compliance, and Finance to create impactful employee experiences.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR Operations delivery across APAC countries, balancing regional consistency with local compliance requirements.
  • Oversee key employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, exits, payroll inputs, benefits administration, compliance, and approvals.
  • Act as the regional escalation point for complex operational issues and high-risk employee lifecycle cases.
  • Drive partnership with Payroll, Business HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and Compliance teams to manage audits, statutory reporting, and exceptions.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives and automation opportunities to enhance process efficiency and quality.
  • Mentor and develop the HR Operations team, building technical expertise and ownership.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, statutory requirements, and data privacy regulations across APAC.
  • Lead the team effectively during peak cycles and high-volume periods.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • At least 5 years in a supervisory or people leadership role with a proven track record.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional HR Operations, preferably in the APAC region.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and statutory compliance requirements.

What Will Put You Ahead


  • Prior leadership experience in shared services or multi-country HR Operations environments.
  • Deep understanding of India and Singapore labor laws, statutory contributions, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems such as myHR, Workday, or equivalent.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage effectively with HR, Finance, and business leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines, high-volume cycles, and complex operational scenarios.
  • Expertise in process optimization, quality control, and audit readiness.
