Job Description Summary:

The Associate Technical Manager is responsible for Leading eCommerce Teams. Team is responsible for Building eCommerce Solutions design, Architect, Develop, Integrate, implement, and support systems. The Candidate is a coach that is an expert at working in all layers of an application and guiding and building a team of engineers.

Position Accountabilities:

Strong working knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Micro services, React or Angular framework.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, team player with proven collaboration skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to mentor junior team members.
• Good in Leadership/management and follow-up skills
• Experience collaborating in global/geographically diverse teams.
• Proven ability to develop individuals and teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in IT Development projects & bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• Master engineer, technologist, and coach with a desire to develop products that positively impact lives.
• Leader, self-starter, and love to solve problems through technology.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic
• Aptitude to contribute to strategic goal setting for department/business unit.
• Ability to lead team toward operational objectives.
