Supervisor - DX & VRV

Description

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor for our DX & VRV systems team in India. The successful candidate will oversee the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. This role requires a strong technical background in HVAC and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the installation and maintenance of DX and VRV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all operations.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and junior staff.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5-9 years of experience in HVAC systems, specifically DX and VRV.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design and installation principles.
• Proficiency in HVAC software and tools for system design and analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
• Familiarity with local codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations.
