Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor for our DX and VRV systems team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, specifically DX and VRV technologies, and will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of installation and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of DX and VRV air conditioning systems.
- Lead a team of technicians and ensure they are trained on best practices and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Prepare reports on job progress and performance metrics for management.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues that arise in the field.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in HVAC systems, specifically in DX and VRV technologies.
- Strong understanding of HVAC design principles and equipment functionality.
- Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC system issues.
- Experience in managing teams and leading projects effectively.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations.
