Job Scope

The role involves managing and overseeing the physical inbound operation to ensure high service levels and results in line with customer-agreed SLAs, following network procedures and defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizeappropriate shiftsandmanninglevels to meet business requirements.

• Ensure inbound stock is recovered, inspected, and received efficiently.

• Monitor performance of ground handlers and warehouse providers.

• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and meet SLA targets.
• Develop a high-performance service culture within the department.
• Ensure safe working practices andparticipatein quality initiatives.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of warehousing experience.

• Minimum 1 year in an Life science environment.

• Minimum 3 years working in a cross-functional/matrix organization.
