Professionals with 8+ years of experience in counselling, psychology, mental health, or wellness programs

Languages : Tamil and English

As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and impact of our onsite wellness programs:

• Provide in-person supervision to counsellors and teams deployed at client sites
• Maintain regular, accurate, and detailed reports of counselling sessions and activities using our internal software
• Conduct awareness and sensitization sessions at client locations
• Design and deliver talks, workshops, and wellness interventions at client sites
• Act as a key point of coordination between clients, counsellors, and internal stakeholders

Professionals with 8+ years of experience in counselling, psychology, mental health, or wellness programs

Experience in supervision, program delivery, or client-facing roles

Comfortable with onsite engagement and stakeholder interaction

Passionate about workplace mental health and employee wellbeing
