- Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing
- workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of progress and quality control measures.
- Utilise the allocated resources like labour, materials, and equipment optimally
- Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
- Supervise workers to ensure that work is performed to the highest quality, safely, and

- Submit an indent for construction materials at the right time to ensure work is not
- hampered by a materials shortage.
- Inspect materials that are delivered on-site to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Minimize wastage control for all materials at the site.
