· Process operations for HMX, RDX, PETN, Emulsion, Detonators & related compounds

· In-process checks, lab analysis, documentation, ISO & PESO compliance

3. Key Responsibilities

Production

· Supervise batch/continuous process operations as per SOPs & BMR

· Monitor process parameters, yields, and safety norms

· Handle DCS/SCADA, reactors, Nutsche filters, driers, utilities

· Implement 5S, TPM, process improvements

· Ensure compliance with:

· Explosives Rules 2008

· Factories Act

· PESO guidelines

Quality

· Perform chemical analysis using HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Wet analysis

· Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished goods testing

· Maintain lab records, COA, stability data, calibration logs

· Support customer audits, ISO 9001/14001/45001 documentation

· Handle NC/CAPA, deviation, and change control
