Role Title: Supervisor CAD, GIS, Processing

Position Summary:

Provide overall or specific operational support to EPS personnel by leading a team of CAD operators, surveyors and/or processors providing quality plans and services to the FM community.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational leadership and day-to-day supervision for production of CAD drawings, GIS data and survey derived plans for direct reports and EPS team members.
  • Perform core technical responsibilities with CAD, QC, GIS, Processing and/or Field Survey disciplines as needed to support operational demands and workloads fluctuations.
  • Assign and prioritize work (CAD drawing creation and revisions, GIS plan updates and mapping layers, survey processing), , and balance workloads to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of plans and related deliverables.
  • Deliver training, coaching, and technical guidance to support team performance, capability development, and achievement of quality and productivity expectations. Provide hands-on and operational support to EPS Personnel related to hardware, software, plan information, tools and processes, leveraging subject matter expert when needed.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support goal development through discussions and collaborative input, reinforcing accountability and professional growth. Communicate progress concerns, and risks to schedules or quality to managers to support timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain current knowledge of EPS practices, procedures, products, services and equipment and contribute recommendations for process improvements, tools and resources.

Skill and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience required to perform essential job functions.
  • Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 4+ years in a production environment, including, 2+ years supporting EPS CAD and/or survey operations.
  • People leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear direction, feedback, and escalation.
  • Operational and technical proficiency with CAD, GIS, mapping, and document management systems.
  • Problem solving and decision making skills to manage workload, quality, and delivery risks.
  • Proficiency in standard operational tools, processes, and systems.

Must Have Skills:

  • CAD / CAD drafting.
  • Quality / Quality Control.
  • Production / Production Operation / Production Supervision.
  • People leadership skills, including performance management, coaching, and team development.
  • Production Supervisor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear direction, feedback, and escalation.
  • Operational and technical proficiency with CAD, GIS, mapping, and document management systems.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills to manage workload, quality, and delivery risks.
  • Proficiency in standard operational tools, processes, and systems.

Education and Certifications:

  • 4 Year/ bachelor's degree required.
