Job Description

  • Lead the Application Operations team responsible for managing Java, Hybris, .NET, Azure, and Dynatrace, ensuring high performance and uptime across applications.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to services and applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution and successful completion.
  • Provide clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders, offering technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Manage team performance, allocate resources effectively, and oversee recruitment, training, and talent development.
  • Align technology strategies and solutions to meet the organization's business objectives and goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Ensure effective use of Application Performance Management (APM) tools like Dynatrace for proactive issue detection and resolution.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement across application operations.

Qualifications

  • Min 10 - 14 years of Experience
  • Proven experience managing Hybris, .NET, Azure platforms, and Dynatrace for application operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong technical leadership skills with expertise in application architecture, planning, and troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and provide technical support.
  • Experience in continuous improvement and driving process optimization in technology and product management.
  • Expertise in mentoring and developing team members, managing resources, and aligning technology with business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of web technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to stay current with industry best practices.
  • Ability to analyze performance and operational data to derive actionable insights for system optimization and business value
  • Good communication and soft skills along with good interpersonal and team skills are essential.
  • Ability to influence and coordinate cross-organization teams to implement important technical priorities.
