We are hiring supervisors for Man Management position. Having ability to recruit through interview process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Team members and chanelise productivity through his Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Ability to candidates interview and select right candidates for right position.
• Team building with effective peoples.
• Managing team members by conducting performance evaluations meetings with team members.
• Team development and engagement of team members.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-5 years of experience in a supervisory or mentoring role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
