We are hiring a Supervisor, Accounting Operations, to support lease income activities across multiple regions. This entry-level role is part of the Market Finance team and reports to the Manager, Accounting Operations. Supervisor will help maintain accurate lease income records, assist with financial reporting, and support day-to-day transaction processing. They'll work closely with internal systems and teams to ensure data accuracy and timely execution of tasks.

The candidate is expected to reside in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain lease income data in TRIRIGA, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Help prepare basic reports and summaries for internal teams related to lease income.
• Assist with setting up and maintaining general ledger (GL) accounts for lease receivables.
• Support revenue forecasting and help reconcile Franchisee income data.
• Process routine lease income transactions, including scheduling and confirming receipts.
• Keep documentation organized and follow standard procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Escalate issues or discrepancies to the Manager as needed.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting is sufficient; certification not required (e.g., CPA not expected)
• 4 -6 years experience in related field
• English Proficiency (written and verbal IRL Level 4)
• Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems or databases.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced financial environment.
