Role Description The Supervisor role at 4 Wheel Travels is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Supervisor oversees daily car rental operations, including vehicle scheduling, driver coordination, and adherence to service standards. Responsibilities include monitoring fleet availability, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs, resolving customer issues, and maintaining clear communication with corporate clients and internal teams. The role also involves supervising staff performance, implementing safety and quality procedures, and preparing basic reports on operations, utilization, and service quality. The Supervisor is expected to support continuous improvement in processes and contribute to a positive, organized workplace environment.
Qualifications

Experience in operations supervision or team leadership in transportation, logistics, or related service industries.
Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, resources, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with corporate clients, drivers, and internal stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in using office software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns in and around Hyderabad is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, including occasional extended hours, while maintaining a customer-focused attitude.
Relevant education in business, administration, or a related field; prior experience in car rental or fleet management is a plus.
