This position reports to the Assistant Manager Logistics and is part of the Manufacturing operation located in
Pune and will be an on-site role.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Export & domestic documentation like e-way bill, shipping bill attachment to SAP.
- Compliance & System Updates, attaches E-way bills in SAP and maintains accurate records for audit readiness.
- Inventory Management & Storage.
- Material Inward & Verification.
- Goods inward & GRN preparation.
- Conducts weekly and quarterly physical verification and reconciliation of stock.
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
- Science graduate with 6-7 years of experience or Diploma with 4-5 yrs of experience in Stores & Logistics area.
- Hands on experience & deep knowledge of SAP preferably in MM & SD module.
- Knowledge of Stores & Warehouse operation.
- Should have basic knowledge of GST, E-way bill generation and its rules & regulation.
- Experience in Inventory management & stock counting.
- Knowledge on process for issue of the material to shop floor.
