Job Description
As an Assistant Manager in the SUP-QMS department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality of our products and services. You will be tasked with developing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Management Systems (QMS. and ensuring our products meet the necessary certifications. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments, managing resources, and analyzing data to improve our processes and operations.

Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management Systems (QMS. in accordance with recognized standards (API, ISO..
Ensure products meet the necessary product certifications and compliance requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system and propose changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Lead with vision and customer focus, ensuring that the customer's needs are at the forefront of all decisions.
Manage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.
Encourage interdependencies and foster a collaborative environment within the team and across the organization.
Uphold the highest standards of Quality Health Safety & Environment (QHSE. orientation.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to the organization and its goals.
Solve problems effectively and efficiently, using analytical thinking and process orientation.
Use ERP systems for managing and tracking quality metrics.
