Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control in the coating process. This includes ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications, as well as implementing and maintaining quality management systems and product certification processes. Candidate will also be responsible for conducting both destructive and non-destructive testing, and carrying out inspections to ensure the quality of the products.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee all aspects of quality control in the coating process ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specificationsbr Implement and maintain quality management systems and product certification processes to uphold product integritybr Conduct both destructive and nondestructive testing to ensure the quality of the products identifying any potential issuesbr Carry out inspections to ensure the quality of the products maintaining compliance with industry standardsbr Ensure compliance with API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturing aligning with industry best practicesbr Lead with vision focusing on customer needs and managing resources effectively to achieve organizational goalsbr Encourage interdependencies within the team and promote a culture of quality health safety and environmental orientationbr Show commitment to the organization and solve problems effectively demonstrating leadership and initiativebr Demonstrate functional expertise in operation and QAQC for the pipe industry using analytical thinking and process orientation to improve the quality control processbr Exhibit a global mindset business and commercial acumen people excellence and entrepreneurship contributing to the overall success of the team
