Job Description
As a SUP-OPS-GWS department, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and ensuring the smooth running of the production process. You will be expected to manage resources effectively, conduct risk assessments, and implement project management strategies. Your role will also involve production planning and control, as well as machine knowledge and CNC machining & programming.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the department ensuring efficiency and productivitybrConduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and issuesbrManage resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization and minimal wastagebrImplement project management strategies to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetbrPlan and control production processes ensuring quality standards are met and deadlines are adhered tobrPossess machine knowledge and skills in CNC machining programming to oversee the production process effectivelybrMaintain a global mindset and demonstrate business and commercial acumen in decisionmaking processesbrFoster a culture of people excellence and entrepreneurship within the departmentbrEnsure adherence to API and ISO standards for pipe manufacturingbrLead with vision and maintain a customerfocused approach in all operationsbrEncourage interdependencies and foster a collaborative work environmentbrUphold quality health safety and environmental standards within the departmentbrDemonstrate organizational commitment and problemsolving skillsbrServe as a functional expert in operation and QAQC for the pipe industrybrUtilize analytical thinking and process orientation to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
