Job Title: Summit Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 Production Support for Summit (IMD).

• Monitor overnight batch jobs and start/end-of-day processes.

• Identify, analyze, troubleshoot, and escalate production incidents.

• Execute batch jobs, UNIX shell scripts, SQL scripts, and Oracle stored procedures.

• Perform code/build promotions, patch installations, and license installations.

• Schedule and maintain CRON jobs.

• Start/stop Orbix, STP, and Bloomberg loader services.

• Re-run batch processes, staging loaders, risk metrics, and market data imports.

• Maintain support documentation, checklists, and knowledge base.

• Record incidents and support activities in JIRA/Remedy.

• Support production releases and routine housekeeping activities.

Skills Required: • Summit application production support experience.

• UNIX/Linux, Shell Scripting, SQL, Oracle.

• CRON scheduling.

• Batch monitoring and incident management.

• Production support and troubleshooting.

• JIRA/Remedy knowledge.
