Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Legal Intern to assist our legal team in research, drafting, and day-to-day legal operations. This internship offers practical exposure to litigation/arbitration, contract drafting, and corporate legal work.

Key Responsibilities

·      Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulatory frameworks

·      Assist in drafting legal documents, including notices, agreements, pleadings, and briefs

·      Support the team in arbitration and litigation matters

·      Review and summarize contracts and legal documents

·      Attend client meetings, hearings, or conferences (if applicable)

·      Maintain and organize case files and legal records

Eligibility Criteria

·      Law students currently in any year of (5-year course) or (3-year LL.B.)

·      Strong interest in litigation/arbitration/corporate compliance

·      Good research and drafting skills

·      Strong communication and analytical abilities

Preferred Skills

·      Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

·      Basic understanding of procedural and substantive laws

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team
