Role Description Summer Interns (July–August 2026) will support the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and related promotional activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Interns will assist with event coordination, exhibitor and visitor communication, database management, and logistical arrangements for B2B meetings and buyer–seller interactions. Daily tasks may include preparing marketing and communication materials, helping with road shows and visitor promotion campaigns, and supporting the design and documentation related to stands and pavilions. Interns will collaborate with internal teams to gather information, update reports, and ensure smooth onsite management during events. The role offers exposure to international trade promotion, event operations, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with exhibitors, visitors, and trade bodies.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, and capability to support event logistics and documentation.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing and promotional skills, such as familiarity with digital channels, content preparation for campaigns, and an interest in trade promotion and public relations.
- Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including data collection, basic analysis of visitor and exhibitor information, and preparation of simple reports or summaries.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy; familiarity with design tools or CRM/event software is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, marketing, communications, event management, or a related field is preferred; prior internship or project experience in events or exhibitions is beneficial.
